Paul DePompeo, brings over 10 years of experience as a licensed realtor to Hampton Preferred Real Estate Inc. He is a seasoned real estate professional with expertise in residential, commercial, investment, rentals and foreclosures.  Paul and the team at Hampton represent buyers and sellers of residential and commercial property, servicing homeowners, investors and business owners in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware and Chester Counties.  Earlier in his career, Paul served as a manager for a well known food retailer. For more than 16 years, he managed products and people and particularly enjoyed finding creative ways to make his department run smoothly. Paul honed his leadership and customer services skills and became adept in the art of communication. His even handed style sets people at ease and promotes trust and credibility.  Paul is his client’s greatest asset at the negotiating table. Regardless of market conditions, Paul’s strategic approach powerfully represents his client’s interest, whether as a buyer or a seller. Paul is constantly improving his craft with continuing education in such topics as new construction, environmental concerns, changing markets and other real estate issues.  Paul is certified in Section 8 Housing; works with REO’s and has also served as an agent in the sale of businesses.  Paul resides in Bucks County with his wife and children.
