Rae Gizzi, CRS, GRI,

Licensed in the early 80’s, Rae Gizzi began her 24th year as a top producing Real Estate Sales Professional in September 2006.  She represented the nation’s largest international franchise in real estate sales for the past 24 years as an Agent and Certified Facilitator for real estate training.  Serving a multi franchise with 10 offices, Rae achieved a leading position for Listing/Sales for each year of service, culminating in being awarded the coveted Emerald Level Masters Award for sales production in 2004.  In 2006, Rae decided to take her career to the next level.  She brought her experience and expertise to Hampton Preferred Real Estate, Inc., a single agency where she knew her clients would get excellent response time and focused individualized attention.  This personal touch is important to Rae with a client base of repeat and referral customers who have come to expect the best.  Rae has sold both residential and commercial property servicing home owners as well as investors and business professionals buying and selling warehouses, office complexes and apartment buildings.  Rae represents REO’s for bank foreclosures in Pennsylvania. She and the Hampton Team serve Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware and Chester Counties and are members of the National Association of Realtors & Bucks County Association of Realtors. Rae’s education is continuous with extensive credits in Real Estate Law, Appraisals, Property Management and Construction. She has a VIP certification in Relocation and has achieved the CRS and GRI designations for Certified Residential Specialist and Graduate of Real Estate Institute.  She completed a two year in-depth sales training program called The Power Agent with the well respected Darryl Davis Sales Training organization.  Rae has degree from Alliance College.  She is proud wife and mother with 12 adorable grandchildren from seven wonderful children.
