Tracy Milligan

Tracy is the hub for data collection and records that are critical to efficient and accurate office operations.   Utilizing excellent communication and organizational skills, Tracy interfaces with the Public Utility Companies, Tax Authority, Condo/Home Owner Associations and other service providers to prepare REO properties for marketing.   Tracy serves as our liaison with vendors providing timely coordination of services. She also supports the conveyancing process for real estate transactions.  With a strong background in customer service and staff support from 22 years in the retail industry, Tracy is the go to person in the office for handling multiple priorities and facilitating the seamless processing of all administrative requests. Tracy is a lifelong resident of Bucks County where she is raising three sons.
